Made-to-Order Policy
All Glow by Ania pieces are made to order, created especially for you once your purchase is confirmed. This allows us to craft each item with care, intention, and attention to detail.
Because of this, a few things work a little differently to mass-produced items.
Production Time
Each order is handmade in small batches in our studio.
Our current production time is 2 working days, starting from the moment your order is placed and payment is received. During busy periods, this may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
• Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as production has not yet started.
• Once production has begun, we’re unable to cancel or refund the order, as it is already being made specifically for you.
Returns & Refunds
As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, if something isn’t right, we will always help.
You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:
• your item arrives damaged
• there is a fault in craftsmanship
• you receive the wrong item
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photos, so we can resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Handmade Variations
Each piece is handmade, and small variations in colour, texture, or finish are part of the natural process. These subtle differences are what make each item unique and are not considered defects.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched once production is complete. Shipping times are in addition to production time and vary depending on location.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive confirmation with tracking details where applicable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, once the issue has been confirmed.
